The place is very spacious and vast. It can easily hold a horde of customers on a busy working day. Upon entering the vicinity for the first time, I was kind of lost as to who to approach for the services I required, but the person sitting at the front of the entrance, in a soft manner directed me towards the target area and I was assisted immediately. Customer-oriented bank employees. Easily approachable & helpful attitude. The only thing that seemed to be quite problematic to me, is that the entrance to the bank is not wheel-chair friendly.
